Koby came out to our house and replaced a bad lock on our back door. During this time he politely explained the differences in the various locks and the security of each. He was very knowledgeable and even offered to fix our deadbolt for free (which took an extra 20 minutes). He was polite, clean, and at our house within 15 minutes. I am one of those people who research everything and when I find a business that does things the right way, I like to tell everyone.
